Our 8 Step Cleaning Process (Done for Every Cleaning Package):
Our comprehensive 8-step carpet cleaning process helps us make your carpets look spotless. We use a special machine to scrub the carpet fibers and help break down the soil in stubborn spots and high traffic areas with the truck mounted extraction step.
-$120 minimum applies to all jobs
-Upholstery cleaning $15 per lineal foot
-Scotchgard carpet protection $15 per area
*We define an area as being: Any room under 250 square feet with its adjoining hallway and closet (walk in closets are considered half an area), a hallway longer than 15 feet long, staircase 13 steps or fewer
**Light furniture includes tables, couches, chairs etc. It does not include entertainment centers, computer desks, china cabinets, electronics or breakables

Our powerful truck-mounted extraction will deep clean your tile and grout. Removing stubborn dirt that has become embedded in your tile, left behind after mopping. Our extensive cleaning method can lift dirt from the grout and rinse away chemicals that can cause rapid re-soiling. We can also re-seal the grout, protecting it against stains.

After the appropriate interval, each area is extracted using a sub-surface extraction tool that also allows for targeted airflow to the pad and backing beneath the carpet. Short of removing the carpet, sub-surface extraction is the best method for flushing out the true cause of odors and reappearing spots.
